All products are made to order and are added to a queue. We aim for all 3D print only orders to be sent within 5 days, other orders we aim for 2 weeks for orders to be sent, but these times may vary during busy periods. You can always receive an update by contacting through email.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail second class and should be received within 2-3 business days. You can check on your parcel using the reference number in your confirmation email for your order being sent.

Changed your mine? No problem. You can receive a full refund as long as you contact using email or the sites chat function before the order is sent. After this time a refund can be issued for the models only after they have been received back.
